We passed by on a cloudy day and despite being a bit of season, found the flowers and peppers to be well grown. The area is well maintained, particularly the pavilions and bridges. There were bunnies and squirrels playing around

A Beautiful well kept garden with walking paths, fountains, and flowers galore. Perfect for photo backgrounds and peaceful walks. Flushing toilets on grounds. Picnictables too!

Happiest squirrels in the world! Had a great visit to these gardens very nice. Setting by the lake was great. The squirrels in the park were definitely living a good life.

It’s a large public garden on the western shore of Lake Shawnee known for its calm, picturesque atmosphere. Visitors often experience it as a place to slow down—walking along winding paths surrounded by flowers, trees, and water features, with frequent views of the lake. In 3 weeks all of the flowers should be in full bloom.

It is so beautiful!!! Everywhere you turn there is some beautiful tree or spring with so many flowers scattered about ( in an organized fashion) The lane hugs the Lake and there are so many beautiful places to sit and have peace. I totally love the Asian buildings. They are so beautiful 😍. I am so happy to find this place where I can walk and be in nature , and it doesn't cost anything. I can't rave enough!!! 🥰🥰🥰
